SEWING 101

All ages

A woman with brown hair and glasses standing next to a woman with long dark hair and glasses, both in a room with a large window, working on a sewing machine surrounded by fabric and sewing supplies.

Whether you have never used a sewing machine or you already have one but are not sure how to get started, this program is for you :)

In this 6h program you will learn:

  • basic machine functions

  • installing zippers

  • seam types

  • hemming

…and more!

By the end of this program, each student will make two amazing projects and have the skills to attempt many more on their own.

Supplies: All supplies will be provided. Sewing machines are available for in-class use, however students are welcome to bring their own if they wish (please indicate that on the intake form)
