At Goldyn Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or made-to-order items
Digital products or downloadable content
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.
